We, Georgian architects, urbanists, and specialists in related fields unite in a professional union.

As members of the union, we are collectively building professional solidarity and an environment where each worker’s voice is heard, labor rights are upheld, and no one stands alone against injustice.

We are constantly monitoring and responding to challenges facing our profession.

Our mission is to create a work environment where employment is stable, working hours are clearly defined, overtime and internships are paid, vacation days are guaranteed, work safety is protected, health insurance is provided, salaries grow in accordance with experience, and the workspace is free form all forms of discrimination.

All this can be achieved only through organized collective action.
